Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Certification in quality management, such as Certified Construction Quality Manager (CCQM), is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

Construction Laborer
Overview: The Construction Laborer is an essential part of the construction team, performing a variety of tasks to assist with the building and maintenance of structures. This role involves physical labor, operating tools and machinery, and working closely with skilled tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor tasks, such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and assisting with demolition work.
- Operate hand and power tools, as well as basic construction equipment, under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including erecting scaffolding, laying foundations, and clearing debris.
- Mix and pour concrete, assist with framing, and support other construction activities as directed by supervisors.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on the site.
- Assist in maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Support skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in completing their tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods.
